Spam bots.. We have to do something

Spam bots are really a causing a lot of problems.
Now a day I have started now reviewing each account before activating it.
Lets see how much it will be helpful to prevent BOTS.

Actually LinuxSolved is pending for upgrade. So after that we will have all new LS.
I will do it as soon as I get free from other urgent stuff.
