« on: July 14, 2005, 02:39:40 PM »
Can anyone help me ..... i have a query .... regarding the standby mode in linux , how  it works ...

The system goes to standy mode when it works in text mode , so can anyone tell me how to avoid that ,

like i dont want the machine to go to standby mode when working in text mode .

Is there any configuration file which is carrying all these details.

Hope a reply soon.
