I pay for windows7.iso burn to LINUX debian USB 8 GB STICK

tried to do it myself, with no success, need help, nothing works properly, every command gives unexpected errors, so i gave up on linux and i am going nuts :(


situtaion is

remote server with linux debian v5 32bit, GUI Gnome
remote shell
remote full KVM
remote VNC control
3GB ISO of WINDOWS 7 on server from torrents
8GB USB PEN STICK DRIVE
no physical access to server at all

task:
burn windows7.iso to USB stick and make it bootable so after server restart i could

install windows 7

First of all i would like to say you that we provied help free of cost as we are here to help each other .
and the second thing which i think will be useful for you is that
1. you shuld install wine on the debian.
2. run PE to USB software
3. use your windows 7 image as pe image and install is on the usb by using software petousb with the help of wine.
