Title: get internet using CDMA dialup connection

Hello all, I am stranded with my linux system because I have failed to connect to the internet through CDMA. How can I create a dialup connection in linux? Iam using a CDMA phone from Huawei. It works well with Windows but I want to use linux. Hwat exactly do I need to do? Please help
