Title: limit bandwith upload and download for clients,

Hi guys, i have a linux proxy server dhcpd server and squid web cashe server... is there a way to limit bandwith for clients? download and upload?..

yes you can do that using squid Proxy server, it has a feature called delay pools. You have to study that and I am sure in no time you will understand that.
