HELP NO ACPI

DO anyone know how I can get the kernel to see my USB ports before my system complete booting an error messege comes up stating acpi is not up to date a force was needed. But how can I go into the kernel an edit this line.

Can someone help me get Linux ubuntu to see my USB ports. Now if you listen closely I tell what I do know before the booting is complete an error message comes up stating acpi outdated a force was needed. How can I edit this line in the kernel?
