set up a web server on lan to share webpages

I am new to linux and want to create a web server over a lan in linux. Is there anything like IIS manager of windows . . . I also want to add php and mysql to my webserver . . . thank you!!!!!!!

Use Apache web server for your web server need. It is free and superb stable . You can get lots of information on net for installing and configuring (Implementing Apache) as per your need and your Linux distribution . Cry
