Cannot run winamp on linux

recently I downloaded Winamp for linux. I run SuSE 9.0 on an amd 2200 +xp. The intallation went fine but when i try to run in a black screen momentarily appears and shuts down.Can anybody help me to run it??

Why don't u use XMMS Player.......

u can download xmms for playing mp3 file. actually RHL does not supprort lisecencing reason . u can send me email @ partha_26786794123@yahoo.com , i will send u as an attachment.
