squirrelmail problem

Dear Users,

my webmail URL is http://www.example.com/webmail/

when i supplied username & passowrd it shows a following error:

you must be logged in to access this page.

how can i solve this.

what mail service you are using ? postfix or sendmail? if postfix then start dovecot service
