how to use internet radio??

neo:
i am using
1) RHL9.0
2) behind a http proxy
3) have mozilla , opera, konqureror and galeon web browsers installed
4) when i try to use the yahoo internet radio it does not open any channel. a new window opens but it just tries to tune.......

5) in windows it opens on windows explorer
how do i open it in linux

I have never been able to get yahoo radio to work with mine. What I use and am using now is shoutcast.
