linux os oftenly restarting

hi, i've installed cent os  as 2nd os in my computer( yes. i installed microsoft server 2003 as 1st os).but now,the cent os is not working it is oftenly booting and not entered in os.plz tell me to overcome the problem, Thank you!

Your Windows have overwritten Linux's Bootloader.  Shoulda installed Windows 2003 first and then linux to avoid this problem. To fix this probably you have to re-install the grub and configure multiboot on Grub.

Try googling for multibooting with Grub.
