How to mount file NTFS to you on linux SUSE ?

Dear sir

   I want to know the way how to mount file window that those of file it not FAT it just NTFS so how can i do to use it ? . befor time i ever mount file to use in linux but i just mount file FAT but now i want to know how to mount file NTFS because when i mount i see the file that i mount but can't use ...........
and one thing i want to know the way how to useing some application on windows like paint , caculator or other that it exe file (file that install already) to use on linux so how shout i do ? to know the way that i want to do ........

Mounting NTFS has been discussed a lot of times on Yoindia ---> mounting NTFS in linux

In SUSE NTFS partitions are already mounted...................., all partitions are placed into /dev.......

so if so SUSE it automatic mount NTFS and how about FEDORA it stil the same ornot .
