Dear all,

   I am using squid proxy for my network.Now i want to monitor the bandwith of squid proxy and i also want to authenticate the squid user for username/password authentication.

pls refer question no.657 for authentication and you use bwm rpm package for bandwidth monitor of squid. Pls search for the rpm bwm-1.1 etc.

i like Pam_auth for authentication and http://sarg.sourceforge.net/ for monitoring :)
