.exe not work in linux why?

Mr . Khalid !!!!!

The .exe means executable and they are specifically meant for M$ windows.

Ok take an example..

Say you have two vehicle --> one uses diesel as fuel and other uses petrol as fuel. But both serves one purpose ie to take you from one place to another.
What I am saying that .exe program / installation files specially meant for windows so they will not work . Likewise Linux's program / executable files will not work in Windows.

In linux we have something similar to .exe are .rpm , .deb etc.
And if you want how to install programs on linux then see few old post in this forum. It has been already discussed.
