post fix mail server configuration

I have installed postfix in redhat linux 3.0 es (2.4.21-15.EL)2.4 as MTA & squrrel mail 1.4 as MUA. Now i am unable to configure user databese in the server.
Can some body help me to configure & maintain the user database of postfix & configure it.
