dear sir, thanks for reply me ,actually i have built my NIS from the following link http://www.linuxhomenetworking.com/linux-adv/nis.htm
and my yp.conf file is following
# /etc/yp.conf - ypbind configuration file
# Valid entries are
#
#domain NISDOMAIN server HOSTNAME
domain HELLO server 172.16.29.2
#       Use server HOSTNAME for the domain NISDOMAIN.
#
#domain NISDOMAIN broadcast
#       Use  broadcast  on  the local net for domain NISDOMAIN
#
#ypserver HOSTNAME
ypserver 172.16.29.2
#       Use server HOSTNAME for the  local  domain.  The
#       IP-address of server must be listed in /etc/hosts.
#

and also only one of my client of nis server are facing such kind of problem

Hi Dear
Do one thing .. the configration file detais u showed me is ok but change there only 1 line & also  uncomment it ...
That line is:
#domain NISDOMAIN broadcast

here change NISDOMAIN with ur domainname i.e HELLO
After changing the line looks like this:

domain HELLO broadcast

After that repeat the process...i.e make NIS database again by using command ...

#/usr/lib/yp/ypinit -m

After that restart ur NIS services...........

Login from clients .. , After that i think  ur NIS will work...

IF STILL IT DON'T WORK THEN ,  Plzz ensure that u make entry of your ip-address(of NIS SERVER)  & corresponding host-name in /etc/hosts file

Enjoy
Gaurav
