Web Server But Want Authorise User to Access it In Win

I am using Red Hat 9.0
My Web Server using APache 2.0
We Use PHP 4.2.2, MYSQL, PHPMYADMN

How do i let my two team mates access my server which is my PC and let them store their files in a folder and let them test their page out ?
I am a NEWBIE to Redhat or Linux and everythintg here.. Just a One month Old..

I hope you guys can help me out.
I am doing My school project.

Well you have to set up the ftp or you can use nfs if it is only for LAN. Better look for some ftp tutorials !

agreed.. but i recommand to use.. sftp instead..  its simple.  just install ssh server.. edit the conf file..  ssh/sftp client for windows are available for free

If u think it's hard to use command prompt then use a GUI version called WinSCP :
