Title: Hang Linux

When i start my computer, after some time my mouse pointer change in to a black sqr. and screen also blink on moving mouse and after some time
.......................SYSTEM HANG..... then i hve only one option to solve this problem PRESS RESTARTBUTTON
... anybody tell me to solve this problem permntly????? i was getting this problem in wondows also
 then i hve reduced my hardware accelater and solve this prob. in linux how????

ther is some problem related to your kernel configuration
Do one thing
Upgrade you kernel
or when it hangs do troublshoot to kernel
for this
use redhat linux unleashed 9 chapter Linux kernel Configuration
The procedure is too lengthy so what i give you that book name
