i have tried out many other forums and i havnt found much help. i have a d-link dwl-520 revE wireless card. i have it running on xp fine but i want to get it on suse 9.1 too. d-link pused my to a thrid party driver. in the readme:
ftp://ftp.linux-wlan.org/pub/linux-wlan-ng/readme
it goes through steps for building the driver. it says you need a configured kernel (i assum mine is, i havent a clue). i untar the package fine, on step three is tells me to run 'make config'. when i do i get the response:
bash: make: command not found
this forum also give help but what they talk about is done after install the drives i think, i need to finish the above part first(once agian i think):
