Hi. there..
Is there any way to know the origin of the mail you are getting ?
I am getting mails which shows that they are from my other mail box. ie. I am getting mail from myself . Most of the mails are viruses made for M$ Windows but that are spamming to me as I most the time they waste my time..
Any way to trace back ?

I think the best way is to invoke errors on the mail server. Hehe, try to send back something (an attachment with a very large file) which will coz the mail server there to bounce ur mail back with error messages.

What if I am using ISP's smpt and pop for mails ?

It will give u have the same result as well
It will be better in fact. :)
Here, i think knowing wat mail daemon / agent they use will be good for exploitation. I have did this for yahoo and local /my country's mail servers.
