Title: Share the internet connection thru a proxy server

I have 2 computers .first one has Win2000 server which is connected to ISP thru a dialup..next one has Redhat 9.0..i am trying to share the internet connection to redhat..may be using some kind of proxy server..does anyone know how to do that..and what proxy server to install..??does it come with linux redhat installation disk?

U can use squid, and lastly, yes it comes with redhat installation disk.
