Title: Nokia e51 to connect to linux v3 of phone OS
Post by: prashantr on January 16, 2008, 12:18:41 PM
Hi,

My Nokia e51 isn't recognized by xgnokii and Wammu recognizes it as a generic Nokia device and it can't get anything from the phone (contacts, messages etc). From what I've read gnapplet works for series 60 phones but not for v3 of that OS which is what my phone runs. Are there any other options?

I'm running Ubuntu/Gutsy and using a USB cable to connect to the phone.
