I have found a video converter in ogg theora's website to convert videos from *.avi to ogg theora
but could any help me fing video converter
wmv , divx, mp4, mov, mpg, and others to --> ogg theora

Have you tried MEncoder? it comes as part of Mplayer package. also have a look at transkode
