Title: enterprise server3 does not restart

hi all

Iam having enterpriselinux3 with mysql installed and it s a production server for us,but when i restart the server it is not getting restarted properly so i need to manually poweron the switch for  the server to start .pls give me the solution for the restarting problem

Is it Mysql service which is not started or anything else?

HOw you know that its not completely started ?
