Title: Requirements for Level 2 Technical Support Engineer

i need to know what would be the requirements for a TSE Level 2 handling a RHEL linux OS... need a reference on it or any link to be guided.

I just installed my own RH9 at my home just to explore all possible things to be done.

well.. I think I donno what you are asking. Can elaborate what do you mean by TSE level 2 handling ?

Technical Support Engineer Level 2 on Linux Administration
