Title: Can I TELNET PORT 1494
Post by: ronaldjayr_jover on August 31, 2005, 08:14:46 AM
Hi to all,

Just want to ask if I can telnet port 1494. I have two PC on the same network. I can telnet the server(by using a window based PC) by just typing C:\telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. By the way the Server is LINUX. but when iam typing telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 1494, the only reply is could not open a connection to the host on port 1494 : connection failed. I already allowed the clients IP on my IPTABLES to accept the port.

Can this be done? By the way 1494 is for the citrix port.

  Thanks and more power
