Title: Error MESSAGE: URL CAN NOT BE RETRIEVED

My server went download suddenly, and when i tried to open a web page ,i recieved the folllowing message:Erro Message:: URl CAN NOT BE RETRIEVED
CAN YOU BE OF GOOD HELP?

What is all that ?

I am unable to understand your question..

btw first check if your proxy server is running fine.

Also please provide more details.
