Title: How to block Mail Spam ?

Dear Every Body

   Now day as you know that it have alot spam that come with mail and make disturb to us every day . So now i need some one give me some idea that how to block spam and unknow mail that try to send with our mail server . so  i hope that have some one have a problem like me and have been sovle about this already ......

Search for spamassassin, its inbuild mail filter in linux

how ever that if i dont us linux as a mail server , So can i install only spamasasin in my pc ? so it will working with Mail server that use window ornt.
