first i am thank full to www.linuxsolved.com he registred me free of cost !!!
dear
i have two lan card eth0 and eth1 and installed Redhat 9 and Proxy squid 1 i need to control my office 10 pc almost using high bandwirdth i am intrusted to coltrol all pc under 128/kbps per pc so please solved my issu !!!

Its easy to do that via squid. But first of all I would like to know which squid version you are using as well as is it working now ?
If yes then you need to know about DelayPools
It can set over all per connection bandwidth to 128kbps or whatever you want.

Dear sir i have use Redhat 9 and useing a bult squid version 1 so please send me complete detail about bandwirdth controlling !!!

i have installed linux Redhat 9 and installed bulted squid version 1.1 i think this is working properly with proxy sir i need two requirement No.1 Bandwirdth Limit Every Users and No.2 Mac/IP Base Blocking Users so please Guide me Step by Step Configuration,

i have search to /usr/bin/Req_auth if you give mr but some directory not heare this location so guide me i am installed Redhat 9 and Squid 1.1 on bulted if any other version some Requirment so give me !!!

You can search for particular location using "locate" command.
eg.
locate Req_auth

sir please guide me how i can use the fedora version then solved my bandwirdth controlling / login-passworld for claient end base please please i can too later waiting a long period...

Below is configuration for bandwidth binding parameter
delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1
delay_access 1 allow home_networks
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 625/15000
625 bytes minimum limit for bandwidth and 15000 bytes is maximum limit
