Hmm..
firstly squid is a proxy server and can be configured very easily and has all features that a professional proxy server can !!  for more details see Squid proxy configuration (http://www.linuxsolved.com/forums/ftopic116.html).

Secondly your title of the post is not matching the ur question at all.. this only make it hard to get your answer.. anyway.. and also you have asked in wrong forum.. it will be moved :)
