Actually it gives me trouble.
First I have installed Win 98 , & After that i installed Win XP , i worked fine but when I installed Linux then , it will show me 2 options, Dos & Redhat Linux , when i goes to Dos it have 2 options in it Win98 & Second is for Xp , Win 98 is working fine but when i try to boot XP it will give error like this

Ya that can be done easily.. actually you have to copy missing files from i386 directory of windows installation cd to your installation of winXP,

btw look windows support forum for that, and then you can recover boot loader easily if you lost that in the process of making winxp boot. see few earlier post about that or see Recovering Grub from crash (http://www.linuxsolved.com/forums/ftopic675.html)
