well. you can install yahoo messenger of Yahoo itself but its not full-fledged as windows version .
You can find that
messenger.yahoo.com/messenger/download/unix.html

Also you can install Gyach.. thats an application meant for yahoo from linux. You can get that from..
phrozensmoke.com/projects/pyvoicechat/install.php
