I am having one user name oracle.

I want to pass all the permissions and rights to this user.
All the rights as root is having.
or I want to make this user as good as root.

Please write the correct procedure to do so.

hmm....can't understand why this is needed, but....you can change the user id to 0.

In /etc/passwd change the id of oracle to 0.
