Some guidelines i can share with you.

1. Read the "INSTALL" file.
2. Read the "README" file if there is not "INSTALL" file.
3. It should be quite straightforward then.

ya.. compiling is nothing hard, just simple things, every package includes Installation instruction file..
ie. you download file named. xyz.tar.gz, first uncompress then look for install instructions and follow them.
If still stucked.. ask here.

I am good. How are u lately? I was lately relocated to a new place with a new job. Trying to adapt to the working style Tongue

And meditating on some of the linux skills. Have been playing with Shell Programming and Perl lately. How bout you man?

Well, lately LinuxSolved was flooded with spams. now seems to solved.
