Hi There,

There is a posibility to receive mails using a proxy server, which you have given for Internet explorer.....

Open Microsoft Outlook  --> tools --> email accounts --> view or edit existing email accounts -->  select the email account and click on change --> go to more settings --> click on connection --> SELECT CONNECT USING INTERNET EXPLORER'S OR 3RD PARTY DIALER.

Hope it should work fine !
