Installing kde4.0 open suse

I am new to Linux OS
I have been trying to install open suse from the KDE LIVE CD
But after running the live CD I JUST COULD NOT find the option
to install it to my hard drive.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not yet used KDE live, I hope someone other will help you out or I will try to install and see what it actually has to do with Hard drive install
