Squid authentication

Hey all
I want to authenticate squid using IPADDRESS and USER NAME AND PASSWORD.
When user wants the access of internet then squid checks first his ipaddress then its ok then ask for username & password .
can i bind the username & password for perticular ipaddress
plz help me out

I think that is not possible !! ie.. can't bind ip address to some user account !!

Anyway I am still looking b'coz I am not damn sure about that !!
