Xmanager How To ?

Hi There,

I have setted up a Linux Server in My organisation which has Squid Proxy & Sendmail running.
I want to configure Xmanager software in my linux box. So kindly please guide me what are all the steps that needs to be done, so that I can access my Linux Box through Xmanager and can get a GUI interface.
Any help would be greately appreciated.
