Mail messages not getting deleted in one st

Hi All,

I am facing a typical problem:-

My system is running Centos 6.5 . Everything has been working smoothly since last more than 2 years. One day I found that whenever I try to delete any mail message in Evolution, it does not get deleted- rather "strike-off" line appears on the message. I need to press Control+E to actually delete the message.

I was able to delete any message with a simple click earlier.

Can some help in restoring to the same situation ?

Most probably you are using Google IMAP, is it ?
Then I guess its the desired behaviour in google now as they need ctrl+E to confirm you action.
