help plz in connecting to internet via mobile in red hat

I have lg cookie GD510 mobile and i want to access internet via mobile in red hat...my /etc/wvdial.conf file is
 
[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/ttyUSB0
Baud = 460800
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
Modem Type = Analog Modem
ISDN = 0
Phone = *99#
Username = foo
Password = bar

but ppp connection failed and etc etc.....will u plz help in this problem..i need a urgent help..Thank you! in advance
