about squid3.0 installed on redhat10

hi everybody is there anyone who can help me ,on redhat 10 there's already squid3.0 and i've just copy the default configuration with a minimal configuration as a file squid.conf and i've justa added our lan ,when I set it the command /etc/init.d/squid start,there's an error message :no running copy ,I don'know where is the problem in my configuration , here the confiiguration
