bandwith problem

Hi. i am using Linux Red Hat and using squid server but my network administrator have been restrict bandwidth 512kb but i have 2 mb dsl connection. so my server not out all speed e.g 2mb via proxy how i reset my bandwidth speed.please answer.

To resolve the issue, Requesting you to provide your configuration of squid.

You can't bypass proxy limitation until your adminstrator allows.

Your admin may missed to restrict the ssl sites....
many ssl proxy sites available try to download from the that sites...
