Want to Configure Postfix or Sendmail for a domain

I am having a crucial situation. I am facing a problem. I am having a domain registered and i am hosting the domain at my machine using Tiny DNS on RedHat 8.0 Now i want to configure the mail server for around 200 users of another server having NT. All the clients are windows. So How to go step by step to configure internet based mail server.
