How to use neo-grub in EASY BCD

Hello Frnds,
I had over-written grub (ubuntu 9.04) with Win7. and installed EASY BCD.
and also i used neo-grub option in easybcd.
i had copied menu.lst in /boot/grub and installed entries in EASYBCD direct. in c

but i,am unable to boot into linux...

frnds can u help
