Welcome to linuxsolved.com Bakhtiar.

Its easy to do that via squid. But first of all I would like to know which squid version you are using as well as is it working now ?

If yes then you need to know about DelayPools
It can set over all per connection bandwidth to 128kbps or whatever you want.

You can search for particular location using "locate" command.

eg.
Code: [Select]
locate Req_auth

Below is configuration for bandwidth binding parameter

delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1

delay_access 1 allow home_networks
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 625/15000

625 bytes minimum limit for bandwidth and 15000 bytes is maximum limit
