Detection of soundcard

Card is detected in there. You should check your mixer settings. See if sound is not muted.

i didnt checked it. Actually m unable to check it. I mentioned my chip type. If u can check then plz do it plz

You have to install Alsa driver.
Download it from site, it comes with installation instruction, follow them and tell me how it is.
If it is already there then you can find it about, give me output of following :
