Generating System Logs

hello Sir,
I am working on a server and i have some clients running on it. I want to generate thier logs , i mean which files they accessed, which sites they opened all the work they did , thier logs i want to generate on the server. So what should i do, Please reply me as soon as possible.]

What type of server it is ?
What services your client access on it ?

U just imagine i implement all the servers like NFS,NIS, MAIL server, APACHE and all dat on a RHEL5 os.

Every service has its own Logging but most of the system logs can be found at /var/log

I suggest you to first give a look there and get back here if you need more info.
