Internet in FC5 using Tata Indicom LSP 350T with USB cable

Hello Everyvody..
I have LSP 350T Tata Indicom phone connected through USB cable..
and I am using Fedora Core 5 (Linux)
I have connected to internet only once when I follow the procedure by editing the wvdial.conf file..
but now it is not connecting ..what's the reason behind it :?:
Can any body tell me :!:

You have to goto  /var/log
And provide us the log messages.

I really found something useful for u..
here u can check everything .. from authentiation type to  problems etc..

Hi,
    you don't have to do anything if you have kde and Kinternet installed
   open terminal and give commands
#modprobe usbserial
#modprobe cdc-acm
#modprobe ftdi_sio
    After that connect the phone to your USB cable (don't plug it before giving commands)

Open yast and configure modem there
port- ttyACM0
init 1=ATZ
init 2=AT+CRM=1
init 3 =

and then finish.
Run Kinternet
Dial in
thats it
