how to install linux cbq

BTw.. you need to have iproute2 to support the cbq.. but the iproute is now little outdated mostly iptables are used..
BTW.. u will get this very useful CBQ help & squid delay pools

Kindly post only at one and correct place,  others will answer it as they see it..  BTW.. first read taht tutorial it has also delay pools tutorial which you had asked in your other posts..
