« on: February 19, 2004, 05:54:57 AM »
hi
i am srinath a new user with linux.Previously i had installed linux9 on my system and used it for some time but i had to leave my place for some time and thus could not use my system altogether but when i came back and switched on the system it showed that the loader was not loading the os and i had windows as well as linux.I had to throw out linux and then when i treid to install it again a couple of days back i could not install that b'cos the software that i used to partition the memory showed errors that the partition ws not done properly
How should i approach this problem. Is there any other way that i can rectify the problem of partition

So you are using Partition magic !!  Well if you have previously install the linux then again try to install it and then chose the option to remove linux partitions and install it on there..

I think i don't get you!! is it so.. ?
BTW.. Be little descriptive when of the POST SUBJECT...
Thnx.
